Any new experiment brings multitude of experiences . Panorama is the dance and music collaboration created by Anita Kulkarni who is a musician and architect. She has created this project which brings forth interesting experiences every time we perform. The large troupe consisting of my dancers and kathak danseuse Sheetal Kolwalkars team interprets Hindustani bandishes in the most innovative fashion. I have also ventured into interpreting one bagesshree bandish in the contemporary style.
The scenography created by Pallavi Gujar adds another dimension to this project. Pallavi is also the facilitator for this project. The varied costume design by Anita adds another flavour to this whole project thus bringing a unique visual identity to this collaboration. A tight performance of 1 hour and 15 minutes is time wise most comfortable to the audiences . The music arrangement has been done by Harshad Kanetkar and the lights by Bhushan Desai.
